Full moon gong meditation with Mareile Wägner and Olli

Yesterday evening we held a beautiful full moon gong meditation under the open sky in a lovely little farm garden in rural Wietzen.

The weather was kind to us and so this wonderful event was able to take place in the open air. It was a great experience to be able to play these gongs like this (the participants of the full moon meditation also said the same).

They enjoyed the sounds of Vega (a cosmic sounding gong) and Sadja (an earth gong), as well as Peter Hess singing bowls.

For some, it was the first time they had been able to experience such a meditation in the open air, exposed to the elements.

Afterwards, we had a few nice conversations (and we were already planning another meditation in the open air WITH LAGERFEUER!)
